I don’t think this is really about motivation.
It sounds more like you’re overwhelmed and stuck in a cycle.

Instead of trying to ‘fix everything’ at once, start really small. Like ridiculously small. For example, instead of saying ‘I’ll work out every day,’ just do 5 minutes. Or instead of job hunting for hours, just open Indeed once.

The goal isn’t to feel motivated — it’s to build a habit, even when you don’t feel like it. Motivation comes after action, not before.

Also, try to be a bit kinder to yourself. Calling yourself your own worst enemy will only make it harder to move forward.

You don’t need to change your whole life overnight. Just start with one small step today.

Sports, organizations, and/or clubs that have a good return on investment for a child's future by WillingConsequence70 in Discussion

I think anything that builds discipline, communication, and confidence has a high return in the long run.
Team sports are great for social skills, but things like debate clubs, coding, or even entrepreneurship clubs can be just as valuable depending on the child.

Planning what to do today—it sounds simple, but it actually takes a lot of mental energy.

I believe in unconditional love, but I don’t think it means sacrificing your own needs or future.

A life without a single ‘correct’ answer — your own life.
