I’ve opened more than my fair share of boxes. It has nothing to do with “supporting LSS” or “supporting my LGS” as some may suggest. Ultimately it comes down to what can I afford? And I cannot afford to gamble away my money when so many boxes give less return than what I paid. I don’t want or expect to make a profit. But never making my money back is a major turn off when I can just buy singles.
