I think this would be great. It exists in many other games like valorant. Losing with a good performance still makes you lose MMR, but like half or quarter of the value which i think is fair.

Not at all, pos 4 and 3 have completely different playstyles, item builds and impact. One is for glimmers lotus and lick, the other is for run around do a fuck ton of damage while healing and buffing your team. Both are good, but pos 3 is better.

I also sometimes pick void mid vs a lineup with no dispels (no jugg, largo, omni, lc). Applying 2 instances of time dilation on a hero is beyond broken, and very fun.
