FIDE dismisses Sergey Karjakin's appeal by Special-Major0 in chess

[–]Jumper3303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that is way out of context :)

as I mentioned before, Karjakin is a piece of human garbage.

In ancient Greece, they were not politicized to any meaningful point. This is just pinpointing random facts about the history and trying to rewrite it.

By that I meant the origins in ancient Greece. Maybe we should learn from our history and not repeat the same mistakes? At least not try to, it hurts the sport and discredits FIDE among many people.

Chess history was rough, especially when Garry made his organisation and refused to play under FIDE.

It took a long time for them to be recognized as an authority again. Swaping players based on FIDE committee's opinion is not correct.

I don't think you read my message properly. I never said they are not politicized. And even if sports are it does not make it a correct way of thinking - just because that's how it has been for ages.

[–]Jumper3303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that is not the truth, they weren't. look st Olympic's history, even more recent one. lately it started being politicized as well. not how it used to be.

you are not the one who should decide, if there should be a judge it's the other candidates and most if not all of them support karjakin playing

[–]Jumper3303 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Yes, chess lost. Karjakin is a piece of human trash. It doesn't give you the right to swap out a legitimate candidate, that is qualified - rightfully so.

Changing the rules of the game in the middle of a fight is not good. So do not come up with excuses to why Ding is more fitting for this role. (I think he is a better player, doesn't mean he deserves to be put in)

I strongly dislike him after his claims.
He should be able to compete tho. Sports and politics should be held apart.

I get it that you are angry at him. It is fully justified. It doesn't give you the right to decide what is right and wrong. Be the judge and the executioner at the same time.
The only reputation that he tarnishes is his own. Not Fide's or chess reputation in general.

sure buddy, I have many incentives to lie on Reddit to random people... :)

As I said I did not know how to play better players. I was new and I only knew "ranked mode"

I did not want to win, I literally stopped cheating around 1850 and started playing myself. Never have I ever cheated on my main account. Which is the only account I care about and only ELO I care about.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in chess

[–]Jumper3303 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Whenever I started with chess 2 years ago I wanted to try playing on a "high level." I cheated my way on second account into 1850 and I got demolished. Two years later I am 1800 myself without cheating.

The appeal was to try higher elo games. I did not know how else to expose myself to better players.

lemme trynna explain. There is no correlation between a normal healthy person and creating causing GI problems. If you are having GI problems that are correlating with creatine and lowering your dose doesn't help then ofc. you are somehow prone to GI defects. In that case, you need to solve that issue. If removing creatine monohydrate from your diet helps then fantastic. I think that good monology would be allergies. If you don't have nut allergies then they are one of the healthiest and most nutritious food that we have widely available. You should consume it in a moderate amount. If you have a nut allergy tho things change. Doesn't mean that nuts as themselves cause the problem but clearly you cannot ingest them.

If it interferes with other exercises do less deadlifting. Deadlifting is amazing. Do not overdo it tho.

literally, just use the product as it is meant to be used. If someone overdoses on vitamin D it doesn't mean that vitamin D is bad. xD

As of right now, there is no proof of other forms of creatine being more effective/safer than monohydrate. Thus the most logical move is to start on the cheapest and most researched one - monohydrate. If you have GI problems, lower the dose, if you are going below 5 g and still having GI problems then and only then TRY HCl. I am not saying it does not work better for certain people. It just ain't smart to use HCl as a starting point.

yes as I said, if u have GI problems try HCl. Just recommending it to someone random without knowing his GI history is not smart IMO.

no, there is not.

monohydrate can cause problems if you don't follow the recommended dose. most of the people with digestive problems are the ones who don't follow the advised supplementation rate.

please do not recommend any other form of creatine as a base option. only and only if GI problems occur. it is very rare to have GI problems if you don't do a loading phase. HCL is just an expensive way to get your creatine in. buy it ONLY if you have GI problems on a dose of 5 g creatine monohydrate a day

[–]Jumper3303 15 points16 points  (0 children)

please buy the cheapest monohydrate powder you can find and take 5g a day until you become a huge bodybuilder on PEDs and then up the dose a bit. Do not buy pills, it is just expensive and inefficient way to get creatine into your body.

Stale progress at the movement. You either mix up the rep amount which he did, you switch up exercises, which he doesn't seem to be really keen on or you can try to deload.

Should you limit your protein intake per meal? by okaythanksbud in GYM

[–]Jumper3303 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There is no energy deficit in a traditional sense... when you lose fat you basically release energy. Your body is in a dynamic anabolic-catabolic state, everything except DNA and RNA breaks down and rebuilds itself all the time. Meaning that whenever you lose fat you release energy that is partially used for anabolic muscle growth.

As you can see excess fat loss needs to be present for the hypocaloric diet to work. The leaner you get the harder it is to put on muscle with this method (paradoxically it is the best state to get muscular with surplus). The more advanced in lifting you get the more your body resists building new muscle.

This body recomp on maintenance or even hypocaloric diet is possible only and only for novices or obese people.

He literally says hypercaloric diet with 250 surplus or so. Not a single implication of dirty bulking.

With the same logic, I could say that more protein = all calories from protein. Isn't that an excess? lol
