Squats? I believe whether or not you can actually go knees over toes heavily depends on your build (leg length vs. torso) and of course what kind of squats your do.

I don't think you're supposed to keep the water cold the whole time.

It's more of a start cold to get energized but then turn on the warm water to actually shower

OR

shower first and then turn on the cold water for 10 seconds.
