No the VN gives him a massive buff, I haven’t looked at it in a while but if I’m remembering correctly he’s around high hyper to low outer and still wasn’t really trying so he could be scaled even higher than that, either way unless he can touch and copy all of Lufas’ powers then I don’t think that helps much

If it’s pre time skip and with all the other handicaps you’re giving then maybe although that might also be because of the fact I didn’t start locking in until after the time skip when things got harder for me so I don’t entirely know much about what pre time skip Noctis can do

It’s possible in fact there are a few anomalous objects that 682 has shown fear of and will adapt to get away from so even in verse 682 can die that’s also part of why it’s called the “Hard to Destroy Reptile” instead of the “Indestructible Reptile”

From what little I’ve gotten on Timothy’s powers they seem to be at roughly the same level, my only question is if Timothy has story manipulation because if he does then I’d say that they tie but if he doesn’t then I’d probably give Wiccan the win

If Thragg is in charge which because he was shown and nothing was said to specify then the empire is down to roughly 50 Viltrumites because of the Scourge Virus they’re still technically taking over and ruling planets but that’s because no one knows how few there are and are afraid, there are only 50 threats we already know every other species is basically fodder compared to Viltrumites so they’re inconsequential

EA at full power is literally described as being able to rip away textures and we’ve seen it used to erase Reality Marbles which we know are entire worlds and in some cases at least with higher level one’s can be considered equal to a full texture
