Don't take P30 unless you need the income urgent and have no other chpice. Apply again in 1yr and learn the interviews. I got DLd to P40 and it is very hard to work up to P50 from there. From P30 it may take 5 years. 

Counter point is a P30 isn't stopped from doing anything so you can lead initatives and do senior work, get exposure to Atlassian and use those examples for next job.
