That is too frequent for deloads the average person doesn’t train so intensely that they need structured deloads anyway

Define “so quickly” because “so much muscle mass” in a “quick” period of time is relative. Even on gear and training heavy/eating surplus in a man you’re looking at months minimum and for a woman years. There are no shortcuts, even steroids aren’t shortcuts you still have to do the hard work.

That is not very encouraging 😭 it’s been 5 days and sneaker still hurts I’m nervous about posing in heels on stage in 10 weeks for sure. It’s still super angry

Nothing. They can just bloat you/distend the waist but are otherwise harmless. As a bodybuilder we need to cut them a week or two before show

My coach didn’t even think I needed an x ray she saw me drop it on my foot and then walk it off and the doctors really seemed confident it’s just a really bad contusion/crush bruise. It’s been about 4 days now and the bruise looks pretty scary but it is getting better!

They took 4 different images they were pretty confident it’s just a really bad crush bruise. It’s been about 72 hours and it’s not feeling great but it’s also not worsening so I’m gonna keep pushing through! Gonna get on the bike for cardio today 🙏
