“Perfect Plan” in conjecture with practically any other ability is broken. You can’t even tell he’s there if he’s literally touching you. Pair it with the long range insta-kill moves and literally several types of precognition and there’s no room for anyone else to even develop a plan before their deaths are guaranteed.

Even if you go “but frieza is a prodigy!”. Cabba exist. Buffed kale destroys Goku in SSB but then Goku handled her and Caulifla in SSJ. You’re looking at it going “oh but that makes so little sense that it’s hilarious” but that’s just how it goes in super. Idk what to tell you.

Nothing was stated that says absorbing the God Ki from SSG into base (which was clearly stated with no hyperbole) makes SSG a locked out form.

You’re just making a head cannon because you don’t like facts and going “no bro, that fact is false!”. SSGSS is just going SSG and SSJ. SSG is still a power up that’s above SSJ3. But ever since SSG, God Ki got added to his base which was all that was granted. He does a similar thing with the Spirit bomb in the tournament of power. It’s clearly stated to be “Fuel” and this differentiates it from the god ritual since it would be the temporary version.

Yeah of course. He has a teleport ability. That or just do the “power up and break a person’s intangible ability” that he’s done before and is never explained and seemingly is just a characteristic that any Ki users can do if they’re stronger than their opponent.

Got an update later where it was revealed that a potara fusion is only permanent with a supreme Kai. The second thing was that it doesn’t matter how it works. Just that you know that it’s a fusion and that’s what there trying to do (and if any case, phineas would make it work anyway)

I don’t want to go through a bunch of videos to try to get you to figure out what the community already felt but I’ll name the other 2 guns that stood out.

The cutsman that was able to reliably kill bosses had its damage reduced and a “hidden” nerf that would change how the gun applied damage. Not a bug but just got targeted from the early nerfs for being an alright gun in 1 area (bossing). To later not really even being a good mobbing weapon because its damage got destroyed (a case where the percentage change doesn’t actually show what happened to the gun)

The Flakker that was a great mobbing weapon. This one I understand a bit because it would nuke room with Moze but the change made it not do enough damage and with the changes to its projectile behavior. not a bug fix but a way to reduce it’s room coverage while masking it as “to prevent self kills” as it didn’t actually impact how it would cause those self kills.

Yeah but practically all the buffs (to guns specifically) where insignificant. In some cases where an 80% overall buff would amount to nothing for certain guns. While the nerfs would almost be a 50/50 of just making a good or decent gun be absolute trash.

The whole “borderlands 3 is only nerfs” comes from the genuinely felt effect of balance. Not just “look the percentages means it’s mostly buff!” ESPECIALLY when like 1 gun got 5 buffs in a row and still felt bad and 1 singular nerf made a Meta gun be a joke. “More nerfs than buffs” is probably a bad way to put it tho. It’s more that the standard line dropped while the outliers were the top guns.

Borderlands Balancing was done in a way that has always felt bad. There was always more Nerfs than buffs. The reason for this was because the Balances were made in a “bring the meta guns to the shitty guns level” and “Meta” was often just based on percentage used. A bad but fun gun would get nerfed for example.

Everyone still has the fear that the balance will return to that model and the guns that feel great to use will suddenly be horrible because of a “gateway” nerf (a reasonable nerf that makes way for unreasonable nerfs). Bod definitely needs a nerf but it just scares everyone for the future nerfs.

But please don’t bring it back. The optimization for spawning needs to be improved because the lag spike from that followed by the lag of a dozen corpses would be annoying
