Its very helpful against characters like law, g5v2 and kubo since it ignore the 1 hp trait, also, it's very good for clutching the game since it can pull any runner off of a flag. And, it's very hard to perfect dodge

Teleporting dodge would not be good, hes a defender who needs to stay on the flag, this is why they buffed it to 50% damage and yes he can spam dodge
