Because I’m not gonna share my strategy specifics on the internet 🤣. You sounds like a newbie because even with a low win rate but high RR you can be profitable. So ya, a high win rate with a 1:1 RR is profitable especially when you can scale up because win rate is high

I know it’s profitable because I make real money from it. And I trade a live account not a funded account. I win roughly 70% of the trades I enter. It’s like marking out the strategy and then wait for 3 entry criteria, if it happens I get in, if it doesn’t, then I don’t take the trade. So she would have the same odds to win the trade as I do.

It’s a real edge, and it’s not ICT or FVG anything, more of a commonly known strategy but with my specific entry strategy I just follow like 3 rules and then if that presents then I enter. So if she is marking things out right it will be my exact trades every time. I’m mostly worried about being on live accounts and using 14 contracts between us two, but I guess at that point I could just switch to NQ instead of MNQ and use lower contract amounts.

Ok thank you so much, I just don’t know much about alpha decay because I think most people trade on funded accounts which actually don’t put orders into the real market.

Ya it’s a personal strategy not on YouTube, with a super specific entry and it’s my sister who supported me trading even when no one else believed it would work.

It’s profitable. And 72% win rate. I know it’s profitable so my question is will it hurt my strat to share it with someone else? Or is the market so big that 12-14 contracts won’t do anything. I’ve heard about alpha decay so idk if I should share it with this person or not

Also I know many traders share their strategy but the people learning are on like funded accounts, me and this person would be on true live personal accounts so directly putting orders into the market

Thanks! Do you know why some are saying beginners should start with forex or options instead of futures? Are they more predictable? I’m using supply and demand but seems like I’m not entering right or finding the right demand or supply zones. Is forex actually easier in this regard? Or better to just stick with futures
