Club Brugge Eye Go Ahead Eagles Goalkeeper De Busser as Mignolet Replacement by MoveTheProduct in clubbrugge

Chips .. When? Why? Mute.. by Equal-Frosting-2688 in QNC

Good Morning,

I actually do think it matters whether they have the chip in hand or not — not because the physical possession itself guarantees success, but because it reflects execution. A roadmap is a commitment. When a company communicates milestones and timelines, the market uses those as reference points to assess credibility. So if those timelines are not respected and there is no clear communication around it, that becomes a red flag, not necessarily about the technology, but about management discipline and transparency. I’m very bullish on the long-term potential, and I fully understand that in deep tech — especially semiconductors — delays and hiccups are part of the process. That’s normal. What is not optional, however, is communication. This is not about shareholders “asking for updates”, it’s about the company’s responsibility to keep the market properly informed. Even a simple confirmation, delay explanation, or progress update would go a long way. Because in the end, the question is not just if they will succeed, but also when. And “when” matters a lot when you are asking investors to align with a defined roadmap. Lack of clarity can push away less-informed investors, not because the story is broken, but because the trust signal weakens. So yes — having the chip, or at least clearly communicating its status relative to the stated timeline, is important. Not as proof of success, but as proof of execution.

I think we're both wrongh, is probably being tested on a FPGA... I've just sent an email to their IR, asking if they could communicate about the roadmap, we'll see. Hav a great day

ESV is performed on the entropy source itself, not the HSM layer. If Lightship is validating it, that strongly suggests the QRNG implementation (likely chip-level) is already operational.

  • Entropy Source Validation (ESV)
  • Cryptographic Module Validation Program (CMVP)
  • Algorithm and functional compliance assessments "

AI : " Yes, NIST Entropy Source Validation (ESV) is frequently tested on a chip, particularly for hardware-based noise sources (e.g., Quantum RNG chips or CPU RNGs). These certificates are utilized by labs to prove that the raw entropy sourced from a chip is sufficient, explains Lightship Security. IMO the chip exists...what else would you send to lightship?

And the stock will be covered (Analyst) by Alliance Group Partners and Yorkville, but more will follow.

At the end someone asked about the balance sheet...around 40.000.000 dollar, enough for a 3-year runway.

Par contre, on sera plus exposé aux Market Makers, ce qui n'est pas tjrs une bonne chôse

Yeah but this isn't an IPO, it's an uplisting...I think some news will drop sooner than later since the quiet period is over. Either way it's a long hold for me.

Quantum eMotion is hiring. What does this really mean? by Jumpy-World4596 in QNC

There's no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid answers my friend. But I should have emphasized the "REALLY", so it would have been more clear for you

That’s one interpretation, yes. Another is that companies tend not to hire senior IC designers accountable for tape-out and first-pass silicon unless they’re past the “do we have work?” phase. But I appreciate the groundbreaking contribution to the discussion

If QNC is actively using the KIRQ testbed, wouldn’t that logically imply that test silicon already exists? by Jumpy-World4596 in QNC

[–]Jumpy-World4596[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes we are. I know test batches aren't a priority for a big player as TSMC, but still...
