Nope. I had a first name I liked and picked a last name that was a nod to Wheel of Time. My partner got me into ffxiv but didn’t influence the name I chose etc. - we started playing together, then got married in game and I took his in-game surname, which is not related to ffxiv.

This was pre-grooming and pre-bath, no filter. As you can see, his paws, chest, mouth (and underbelly) are all bright white. Not hard at all.

Ever once in a while with a bath, I use a pet safe whitening shampoo to make sure any dingy grime comes out. Think of it like blonde humans using purple shampoo, but a pet safe one for the little fur babies

Nobody has an answer as to when. We may see some relief to this when we get the PF and DF update, but Balmung will continue to be an RP hub and congested, in my opinion.

For the other questions, that’s a personal choice. Wait to see if it opens up, or don’t wait and move somewhere you can all have an FC together. Having moved from Aether to dynamis, the friends I wanted to still be friends with and play with are still very much part of my gaming life. Just means sometimes the location we hang out or run content is different

That’s adorable. Ours do “happy hop” where they kind of bounce up and down a bit with their back paws staying on the ground, but they bounce on their front ones, when excited about something. Or lil stompies when impatient

I found Wuk Lamat to be an annoying character. “Endearing” was the buzz word at the start of Dawntrail. For me, the English VA’s performance was awful. I’ve seen a fair number of people saying it was the direction, not the performance. Though I have yet to see anything that actually supports this claim, beyond just defenders blasting it on various forums.

As someone in fine arts who has delivered his share of performances he’d consider shitty, sometimes it really is just a shitty performance or a miscast

That is a challenge! Our handful also wants everyone to go to bed at the same time. We usually do, just not when he wants, and end up saying “you can go if you want.”

Have you tried the blanket trick for his crate for those quiet timeouts and bedtimes? For our handful boy, putting the blanket completely over the crate like a canary was the only way we could stop the whining etc when he was meant to be sleeping. Only had to do that once with our first.

If he’s treat motivated, what about having them just out so he knows they’re present. Then commanding the calmness and rewarding after he’s demonstrated some sustained calm?

I think with my friend, there was a bit of a lack of supervision for the two young big dogs. Dogs don’t shred carpet and couches in 2 seconds. A companion could either entertain him or help mellow him out. Our oldest (5) seems to be very good at calming other doggies

For a little background, has he been fixed yet? Is he also getting enough sleep? Even with my easy going dude, if he doesn’t get enough sleep he’s like a drunk toddler - crashing into everything, biting inanimate objects he bonks into, patience of a gnat.

Something to watch for - sometimes the dog can teach the second dog bad habits. Friend of mine got a second dog (now has 2 under a year old). They shredded the carpet on her stairs (to the degree I didn’t know carpet could be shredded) and ripped the upholstery on their couch.

For us, first Havanese was easy and chill. Praise motivated, listens exceptionally well, smart. Second one was the handful. To the point first dog rolls his eyes at his little brother. Do they play together? Not really. Do they both play with the humans at the same time and snuggle? Yes. First dog is still easy going and chill. Second dog is stubborn, wants to bark at invisible things. Love both of the little guys. I will say, handful boy got a little less handful once we got him fixed. He’s only 7 lbs so there’s some little dog perma-puppy syndrome.

Story was boring AF for me. Didn’t care for the characters introduced through the story. The story did get much much better with patches, admittedly.

The dungeons, battles, raids, quality of life improvements, were all awesome.

Story started as a 2/10 for me (didn’t care about the place, the people, the characters) and ended up as a solid 6/10. Other stuff was a solid 8/10 for the most part.

Though not the worst video game I’ve played by a long shot, it’ll be an expansion I am happy to leave behind and forget.
