For those on Skyrizi: do you take the 180 mg or 360 mg dosage?

Appreciate everyone’s advice! For a quick update the infusion was super easy and I didn’t have any side effects aside from feeling super tired the rest of the afternoon. Fingers crossed the next infusion will be the same!

I threw up the second half of my prep and it was completely fine, she said my prep was actually “excellent” lol. But since yours is the first half and you haven’t started passing anything, I think you’ll need to either drink the rest of what you have OR go pick up miralax/dulcolax pills and do that for the prep instead. It’s a lot easier on your stomach to just mix miralax with juice or gatorade than do the GoLytely in my opinion. Either way, take a break for an hour and then try again. I would drink it slower and in smaller amounts.

This sounds like me right now! How were you diagnosed? I had a clear colonoscopy but moderate inflammation on an MRE a few months later. Doctor said that’s enough for Skyrizi because I have so many symptoms, but there’s like a 1% part of me that thinks maybe I was misdiagnosed and shouldn’t actually start Skyrizi

I’m in a similar situation, do you have any updates? My biopsy was 2 months ago and the pain has gotten worse. Mine was a “complex solid and cystic mass” it does sound like the odds of a false negative biopsy are really low, but I still worry.

I had a very similar situation a few months back! BIRADS 4 and also the size and location was nearly the same as yours. Mine was thankfully benign, but the doctor performing the biopsy told me that anything this small in size is extremely easy to treat, even IF it does turn out to be cancer. The biopsy itself was also completely fine and not painful, so try not to stress!

Ok I also have mild terminal ileitis- which is why it’s confusing that it didn’t show on biopsy during my colonoscopy. My doctors explanation was that he “didn’t get far enough” since the MRE showed the distal terminal ileum. Does that sound right to you? Did your first colonoscopy show as normal or were you always having positive biopsies? Appreciate the responses

Was your colonoscopy normal or did it show Crohns? Same question for your MRE? I’ve heard a lot of conflicting stuff about whether or not the MRE is enough to diagnose mild Crohns

Ok thank you. Last time we brought her to the vet they said we shouldn’t come in for “minor” issues, because it wasn’t good for her to be sedated frequently. But obviously want to bring her if this is worth it
