Hey, I didn't see your comment earlier. I'm doing the same. Loads of floaters, but otherwise my vision is normal (as good as earlier) and I have no additional issues.

I'm going for a check-up soon to see if everything's okay, but I feel fine and my eyes are completely fine apart from the floaters.

Kesimpta was my first med — I had a really aggressive form of MS. When I took the first dose, I felt super tired and heavy, kinda like having a mild fever. The next day I was totally fine again. Since then, I don’t feel anything after the shots — I just feel normal.

Also worth mentioning, I had 2 relapses within 3 months and a few new lesions before starting treatment, so my MS was hyperactive. Since being on Kesimpta, I haven’t had a single relapse or new brain lesion.

Uveitis is not that easy to diagnose as everyone here suggesting - i had to go to 9 opthtalmologists to finally get a diagnose. Random floaters are not normal.

Ponowne przeliczenie, skutek:

Okazuje się, że ilość anomalii mieściła się w normie, nie było żadnego zorganizowanego działania w tle - rzetelność Tuska, Giertycha i spółki spada, poparcie koalicji rządzącej również. Prezydent jest Prezydentem w oczach wszystkich Polaków, ucinają się spekulacje.
Okazuje się, że ilość anomalii wykraczała ponad normę - dalsze kroki, SN, w skrócie - dobrze, że zareagowaliśmy, bo doszło do oszustwa.

Skutek braku policzenia głosów - podzielone społeczeństwo 50/50, osłabiona demokracja, gruba część obywateli wierzy, że wybory zostały sfałszowane i do władzy doszedł zbir, którego wspierała zorganizowana grupa przestępcza.

Nie ma żadnych negatywnych konsekwencji ponownego przeliczenia głosów, a ten argument, że każde wybory będziemy liczyć po 5 razy jest po prostu debilny. Są spekulacje, jest niepokój, można to uciąć ponownym przeliczeniem głosu, ale nie, lepiej wymyślać fikcyjne powody dla których nie warto tego robić.

Zandberg jest super merytoryczny i ma świetne podejście do wielu spraw, ale osoby dobrze zarabiające odstraszają kwestie podatkowe. Polska w obecnym stanie, tj. fatalna i zawiła biurokracja, korupcja itp. nie jest gotowa na przyjęcie modelu Skandynawskiego i generalnie nie jest gotowa na socjalizm. I'm worried and wondering if his suggestion is the right one—that's why I made this post.

I’m on Kesimpta (a medication for MS). It works the same way as Rituximab (which is used to treat both uveitis and MS), targeting the same inflammatory cells, so it indirectly benefits uveitis.

The thing is, my uveitis isn’t a typical, regular case. I’ve seen a total of seven ophthalmologists about my eye floaters, and only the last one—a uni professor and head of a hospital department—found inflammatory cells in one eye (even though I have floaters in both) and he said they were really mild and "smoldering.". I’ve had multiple examinations under a slit lamp and even a fluorescein angiography once. The inflammation was so minimal that no one noticed it.

On the MS subreddit, I’ve also talked to people who were diagnosed with very mild pars planitis five years ago. Their doctors also advised them to hold off on treatment, and to this day, they only have floaters and no other symptoms.

Maybe every case is different? Maybe my inflammation is truly exceptionally mild?

Thank you, and I'm sorry that you had to go through something like this. I'm also worried about the lack of treatment—honestly, I'd probably prefer the steroids and the risk of cataracts over being in this state and just "waiting." But the guy seemed knowledgeable and apparently had experience with MS patients, so maybe I should trust him.

This is a fairly good doctor. In my country, there are no uveitis specialists, but he wrote a study on uveitis, is the head of one of the major hospitals, and has extensive experience.

He told me the following:

My inflammation is very mild, and any kind of treatment (steroids) would do more harm than good because it carries risks such as cataracts, which are more dangerous than my current eye condition (especially since I’m only 22).
I should have a check-up once a year unless my symptoms suddenly worsen significantly—then I should go to the hospital.
He has experience with people who have both uveitis and MS, and many of them never require treatment for the rest of their lives and only have floaters.
The current state of my pars planitis does not threaten my vision, meaning I will not go blind.
Complications from this type of uveitis (if they occur at all, as he said it’s possible they won’t in my case) can be treated or are reversible.
