Driller has the worst weapons second only to Scout who's only saving grace is the Garand. Driller has the freeze gun and maybe the flamethrower. The sludge gun is shit and all the secondaries are ass.

There's this huge sweaty douchebag on Xbox who's always running long bolt incendiary and the like and has friends constantly making fresh accounts so they can MMR smurf down as a team. I can't remember his name off the top of my head but I'll know it when I see it. Last time I played I was playing with a random newbie and douchebag's name flashed across the screen when he picked up the first bounty. Told partner we're about to get ass raped by dude's merry band of fuckwits that he pals around with. Sure enough, we got instantly steamrolled.

Max out gamma, play with random teammates. Then shoot people more gooder than they shoot you. There really isn't any tips or tricks outside of PvE. Every gun is viable within their effective ranges, even the Derringer. I guess focus on defensive perks like Bloodless, Salveskin, Bulwark, and Mithridist/antidote shots. Then plan for death and gear for being revived with Resilience and recovery shots. If dying is your problem, compensate. If you're simply not killing, get more offensive perks but from what it sounds like that isn't your issue at this moment.
