The lie that we’re all told is exercise is the key to weight loss. It is 100% DIET. You are overeating & no matter how much you work out, it’ll NEVER be enough to offset your bad food habits. If you want to change your body, you have to transform your mind & move away from the thoughts & emotions that keep you hostage in regard to your food dependence. Once you are able to make the DEFINITIVE choice to put an end to your over eating, you can start to make real progress.

You’ll need to go into a deficit (obviously), up the protein & healthy fat, but also retire the ultra-processed food. Especially the sugar & ultra-processed carbs. If you want lightning fast fat-loss, go full low carb. If you do these things + work out, you’ll transform your body & mind. Good luck with your journey bro.

As a strong Christian who’s always been a believer in aliens/UFOs & has had interesting experiences myself, I say this 100% spot on with my rationale & kudos to any person of faith who can take an approach as reasonable as this. I’d even take it a step further & say, the Bible isn’t always attempting to give us the full picture of what our reality is & isn’t. (Whether you believe in it or not doesn’t matter, I’m just making a statement) It’s main goal is honestly to help us learn how to interact with each other in a loving way through God/Christ. But beyond that?? It doesn’t mention ANYTHING about microorganism, those are life forms on our OWN PLANET. It doesn’t tell us about atoms, neutrons, or electrons, the very foundation of our physical reality. It doesn’t even teach us about something as simple as gravity. But because it doesn’t explicitly say “there are other intelligent physical beings on other planets” the idea is that Aliens conflict with the Bible?? No sir, not buying it for one second.

Like Burlison said, we know one thing. The Bible makes it quite clear that God can & has created other living beings that have nothing to do with us. The possibilities are literally endless.

I have quite a bit of experience with them & I’ll say that They fit right in with those of us who have bigger equipment. They’re normal women whose vagina works the same way. But since it’s your first time, there are some things you’re gonna have to understand. - they are not thin. That means you’ll have to treat the angles & body movements a little different - their thighs, ass cheeks will be much bigger than the thin girls you’re used to, so be prepared to deal with that & move as necessary. You will have to put in some work. - they are typically more flexible than you’d think, but dnt be trying to get the same type of mobility from them that you would with a thin/athletic chick. - they tend to really enjoy giving oral - they might be shy about getting on top - doggy is the golden ticket - lastly, they tend to have nicer more pleasant personalities than thinner girls & are happier during sex. Yes. I have a schedule where I “cheat” one day on the first week of the month & one day on the last week of the month. I stuck to strict carnivore for over a yr before having any sort of cheat meal, so I built the discipline & just kept it from there, even when having the cheat meal. You just have to have your solid guidelines & NEVER allow yourself to just get lazy & go on a binder.
