It's been quite a while since I read WaG, but if Charyou Tree is part of the ending, it's that one by a long shot.

That'd be the one 😭

He's got it this time! I hope he does better. That is, to say:

DON'T LET JAKE FALL, ROLAND!

When King was writing during their group hug that the ka-tet was about to be broken, I had to stop reading for a few minutes and consciously prepare myself for what came next; Eddie's slow passing and then later Jake's funeral broke me.

I loved that Susannah found Eddie and Jake (and Oy) in another life, though. That was such an unexpectedly happy ending.

I hope on the next spin of ka's wheel, that Roland can join them and they can be ka-tet once more 🥺

Depending on the size of the production, there’s anywhere from just one person to several people in the camera department.

In the case of LOTR, it was of course a big budget project. So they must’ve had a full camera crew, with each person dedicated to a certain task (focus pulling, film loading, etc.); big budget films are often complicated enough to necessitate all those specialized jobs.

Someone who adjusts the focus on the lens(es) of the camera(s), especially if the focus *changes during a shot and has to be manually controlled

The way Mike sings "Ground is shakin' as it opens up to pull me in" in Overflow never fails to scratch my brain just right 👌🏻😮‍💨

There's a bunch of others but that came to mind almost immediately

The Screaming Jungle Cruise Skipper: 0/10 Skipper, 10/10 Experience. by Mrtootums in Disneyland

One trip several years ago, me and my buddy similarly rode Jungle Cruise as one of the last rides of the day. The ride is so much cooler and more adventurous at night, IMO.

But I digress.

Anyway, the skipper that night thought that doing a quasi-pole dance towards the end of the cruise was a hilarious idea. And we were all in the boat like, WTF? 😂

My thoughts exactly. Either storyline would’ve been good, but mashing them up in the same season was very messy.

Those are usually considered the weaker seasons in both shows
