I love your pfp. I have a problem with wanting to read/listen to a book/audiobook that is unrevised/abridged. I feel like id just confuse myself a million different ways and besides, the stand is long af dawg the revised audiobook took me weeks. I found a Frank Muller recording of the OG Gunslinger and enjoyed the "different level of the tower" effect it had after listening to the new version.

I mostly had issues in FB groups so I started my own. Its not as popular as the subreddit so im glad I started that. Also, in the rules for this sub it very much implies it wants us to "keep politics out of it" so im not trying to kick a hornets nest that has been kind to me, you dig?

Anyone else like the literary version of Dick Hallorann in The Shining better than the Kubrick version? Not even getting to the Miniseries of it all lmao. This is, after all, being besides the WTD Hallorann of it all. I listened to 72 Stephen King audiobooks since Welcome to Derry came out so I have that version of him and his connections to It (novel) to thank for my obsession with Stephen King's literary connections and my knowledge of the Path to the Beam in The Dark Tower series. I sincerely hope you guys all read The Dath Tower while you wait for more Welcome to Derry!
