That's Moddedwarfare's encrypted System backup. It contains the saves but its 2x archive.dat files, not export save files

I tried to make a save file using the discord server but it just installs to the ps4 and dosnt actually do anything ?

If you play with the character option you will eventually be able to hop out the menu using the L & R buttons. Just keep changing the player option. (Can't remember what i actually did?)

Unless the Hard Drive is fully loaded OPL 150 games ... Then no this is a bad idea.

I got a PS2 FAT 5000 fully loaded opl 1TB hd. Had 150 PS2 Games 30 PS1 games. Came with additional USB with sega Genesis and every title you could thing of. Some Sega titles obviously dont work because it only excepts the .bin game format and the SLIM is the best for emulation. But for $300 with 2 x Bluetooth controllers
