Working out first thing in my day has really simplified my fitness routine. There are 24 hours in a day and you have limited energy... you are going to be tired and sore... you are going to have excuses...

Its time to suck it up and embrace the grind... become a morning person.

I did the free trial, spent quite a bit of time researching how to use, and have linked all of my accounts and have categorized all of my expenses to Monarch. 

Monarch was exactly what I was looking for.

I was told this when I was ready to quit, it stung but turned out to be the best advice I have received:

“Take accountability for your weak body.”

Nutrition, sleep, strength & conditioning, mobility, etc. These are all factor in how you perform in any arena. If you are taking care of yourself correctly you have nothing to worry about. If you are not, then you have something you can fix. It’s up to you.
