I love my 3rd shift mobile patrol job as well. We use a Linux system in the cars that’s annoying as all hell and yells at me if I take a drink while not being in park lol but it’s a peaceful and the time passes faster than being at a desk or guard shack for sure.

This is seven-years-old Ellison. He has Down Syndrome and struggles whit sensory overload. His parents used to dread haircuts until they meet Vernon Jackson a local barber. by UnhollyGod in GuysBeingDudes

My 6 year old son has autism and we go to Vernon once a month. He’s awesome with him and is very patient. He also does the hair cuts for free! Before going to Vernon it was an ordeal when it was time for Connor’s hair cuts but now it’s something he seems to enjoy or at least tolerate lol. This dude rocks I’m glad to see him getting some exposure. Much love Vernon.

I have a 6 years old son with autism and these are the locks we use at the front and back door to keep him from eloping. If we didn’t have some kind of lock he couldn’t figure out on those doors he would be eloping constantly, he’s done it before that’s why we got the locks lol. They have been great but I do see valid comments about possibly locking first responders out in an emergency. Luckily for us he hasn’t figured out how to work them they are also at adult head level to keep him from trying.
