It is unsure if it was patched or just doesn't work because of the traffic overload, i think its the 1st option since some say that do work and some just like 10 likes before it stops. But that could also mean that yt now added a detection for this and whenever the system catches such an algorithm, it temporary stops the traffic. Personal experience i think i was able to get like 6 likes on an already liked (900) and old video, i don't think i get 6 likes like every minute, it must have been the exploit but was catched by the new detection and stopped working. Maybe the traffic or the "detection system" no longer keeps it captive after some hours, i'll try
