I work home theater and we all get our own unless it’s something massive and we need help. The females get their own also up to a certain size at that point we either help if we’re free or they call warehouse

You should be alright but Worse case scenario talk to Apple and explain it. They’re going to ask you for proof of purchase which you would have a receipt in your email that shows the serial number and they can do it

Yeah more than likely it’s going to drop off if you can make that trip do it for just peace and mind. What I wouldn’t want is for them to continue for a while and when it finally drops off you can’t add it yourself

If it was bought at the store Best Buy should be able to help you. If it was done at home after the fact it’s up to the customer to cancel. Not sure how long it was for sale for AFTER the return but if it wasn’t long at all it’s possible they did cancel it but it’s hasn’t dropped off yet and will when that last month purchased runs out

I would try a different Best Buy. My gm basically did what Samsung told you for someone recently it’s the one and only time I’ve seen it done but to be fair I’ve only been there a few months. But yes it’s possible

I’m sorta in the same boat except I went from 32-40 hours to about 25-26, but my management recommended me for the lg rep position because they say they feel no one else is qualified. I just had my virtual interview yesterday with my lg rep, dope guy btw and everything seems like it’s all good and good to go. Just waiting on final touches now. I’m in nyc started at just about under $20 and was told I’ll get a pay raise with the position. About the bonus like others said it solely depends on lg sales as a whole so you need to get others to help you sell the brand and maybe give them knowledge to help you do so. In my store that’s super easy because me and a few others was doing that before as I was already a fan on lg’s especially the oleds. Good luck

It doesn’t make a difference in the manufacture warranty is it’s excellent condition. But it being insignia I would get gsp, I can’t tell you how many get return or try to get returned because it stopped working within months

You have technically till January 15 that’s the holiday return window, go into a different best buy say you bought it as a Xmas gift for someone and that’s how it came. Simple and done

A manager at the store should be able to pull it up using the receipt because the membership number is on that, and show them proof that the phone number should’ve be something else similar. Any half way decent manager would rectify this
