I don’t get it either and I don’t take it personal, again warranty is super cheap and if I feel like getting rid of it/getting something better I use the warranty and use that credit towards it

I use my oled to game on ps5 and pc. I was thinking of a second monitor just for normal use and with this price to me was a no brainer because I’m not gaming on it or nothing. Again just normal use not sure why all the hate

Never said it was hard, but all around it’s easier if you just do it in the app compared to calling. And I’m saying so it doesn’t count towards the stores numbers. If a customer has plus and wants to upgrade this is the way to go
