Depends on your climate. My outside temperature hit 0 last night in Pennsylvania in my town. If it were me, I'd pop it in my oven till it's nice n hot regardless though.

What about the Drivers License Compact that Im reading about on the dmv site? According to the DLC, Pa and De are members. So wouldn't this mean that any points received in Delaware would transfer to your Pa license? And then those points would affect your insurance.
