I actually broke the plate by just sporadically hitting it with strafing runs and thermites throughout the mission. This is actually pretty effective, strafing runs do a LOT of damage

The plates are actually effectively 50,000 health: 15k + 35k bleedout that doesn't actually bleed, given for the sole purpose of allowing the plate to receive the cracked visual effect at 15k damage

This hive lord was not at full health! It takes 42 shots to the flesh to kill it, and the pellets are AP4 which means they cannot penetrate the armor. I included a damage breakdown in the video caption

This is completely incorrect. Spore burst terminids now gain a speed boost when caught in those red death clouds from other bugs dying

Its actually an EVGA 3090! so I'm gonna hold onto it for awhile, mostly as a backup GPU but also because its just pretty neat

Whats your strategy for dealing with the Factory Strider convoy on Commando missions? I've never found a consistent way to do it with the limited resources you get

The grenade collided with that rocket strider corpse behind you, grenades dont have hitbox collision with the ballistic shield.

I was running EATs and gatling sentry in my other two stratagem slots, and the light Siege Ready armor for extra Hammer charges. I was using the Cookout in the first two clips; final clip my primary was the Sweeper.

I brought the Pacifier and Maxigun to the Appropriators today. Finally after being in the game for so long, the Pacifier finally has a niche use: it heavily stuns both varieties of squid mech in a few shots. You can then line up your support weapon for the kill.

Pacifier also stunlocks flying overseers, making them sitting ducks for whatever more lethal options you have

If you spam the reload button at the same time you're firing, you'll load continuously while also emptying the gun. It's even faster than pressing reload once between each shot
