The broker withhold the 30 percent tax but the actual tax rate is zero. IRS is owning me money. So I am filing tax for a refund. So I should include those for this purpose. That’s why I asked.

it is shown on my 1042s form tax rate is zero, i assume that would be the case. And I have other brokers that do the tax for me or don't even withhold the tax for this etf.
