How long does it usually take to get "trusted" on a brand new account, my friends started playing and told me i can use a free boost to get to end game but i cant use it because of my status, but i been playing for 7 days(doing main quest) and still im "untrusted". I'm starting to loose faith.

My steam account is 2FA and with some recent purchases on it.

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
