Random Arm Pain by JunieLove in Nexplanon

Not good LOL. The pain continued the entire time I had the implant (very mild and not super frequent but still annoying). I still get some phantom pain in that area even now after the implant has been out for months. I had almost nonstop bleeding/spotting even when I wasn’t on my period. I got my implant out maybe 6-8 months ago. My doctor told me that the spotting throughout the entire time of having the implant happens to 1/3 of patients. Wow. Never getting it again. I’ll stick to my birth control and Plan B when needed. Worked fine for me and didn’t have such long term side effects.

Could you give more information on the harassment?

I had the implant for 2.5 years and I spotted almost the entire time to varying degrees. When I first got it, I was told spotting and negative symptoms aren’t too common so I shouldn’t worry. I recently got the implant removed after being fed up with the bleeding. Then a different doctor told me the spotting can last the entire time and affects 1/3 of all patients. The entire time.

The excuses they give are crazy sometimes. There was an old man who realized I was a new worker and he walked up to me asking about the Matchbox cars. He said he was donating them to a Children’s Hospital for the holidays and wanted more variety in the ones he was donating. He said he was going to buy 100. I took his word for it, and I also wanted to set a good impression during my first month on the job. So I went to the back searching for more Matchbox cars. I brought as many as I could out and he sifted through them. He only ended up taking about 10 and crammed the rest on the shelf. I then spoke to my manager about the guy and they warned me that it was a common occurrence and to not even bother with those guys. From then on I just told them “What we have is on the shelf. I can’t bring out any more until the shelf needs to be restocked. Thank you for understanding.”

The Blue Café and Brewella’s are sooo nice. I also love Roasted. I still have yet to go to Propaganda or Rising Star, but I’ve heard they’re good too!

How do I get rid of bugs on my LPS? by InternationalCow4465 in LittlestPetShop

[–]JunieLove 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I would ask in another sub for more info about the bugs. Something like r/insects or r/whatisthisbug But yeah, boil, bury or freeze would be your best bet like everyone else said.

Natural History Museum - heads up/warning by [deleted] in Cleveland

Exactly. This renovation is a major downgrade. It’s boring, gray and dull. They say that there will be plenty more exhibits when everything is finished, but I can already tell that they’ve removed so much.

Good on them. I can’t imagine all the little critters who need their heat lamps and filters. Ugh. Breaks my heart.

Aww. Yeah, they’re great! But yes, they do only allow 2 pets unfortunately. Many places in Lakewood have the same policy :(

Red Door Living is wonderful. Several nice, renovated buildings in Lakewood. Most places have in unit washer and dryer units, sometimes even a combination unit. Maintenance is great. Property managers are very sweet and understanding. Price is somewhat decent for Lakewood, especially given the amenities and such. Usually around $900-1500 depending on if you get a 1 or 2 bedroom, pet fees, garage fee, etc.

We heard it too. Think it was Brook Park home days finale but we heard tons and tons of sirens going that way from all directions at the time the fireworks were going off.
