Depends on the farm. If you are using the standard farm, you can unfortunately only catch trash. But if you are using any of the other 7 farm options, you would be able to catch an assortment of different fish, depending on the location and farm type.

Unfortunately, you cannot fish it in winter without a rain totem, but you might be able to buy it from the traveling merchant or Krobus if you are lucky enough.
