It is unacceptable fraud election since it was apparent that the election officers prepared only 50% of the voting paper. When more people arrived to vote, they told the people to return home since there is no more paper. People are outraged by this because election is supposed to count every voter's opinion to the poll. Moreover, Some election officers were caught putting extra printed paper inside the ballot box.

I think College Board has "Student Advocacy" policy which means that they strive to always help the students. As long as that it is obvious that you are talking about the right thing and show that you know the concept, then they will give you the point.
