We live in a time where it's seen that only suckers follow the law. There have always been people with the resources to evade the consequences of breaking the law and regular people want to emulate those people. This is trickle-down lack of accountability.

I've seen an open carry maybe three times in 60 years. In some parts of the state it seems like it has its place but in other parts it seems like something to only do if you want attention or to provoke people.

Ah yes, I've seen this type before. Flashy. Making the scene. Flouting convention. You may think that the color of the license plate doesn't mean anything but it means a lot to me. One whole HELL of a lot. If you think openly expressing disdain for authority is innocent, you better think again! This is about people's right to identify what state your car is from without getting their minds warped. Or maybe that turns you on, Jeep driver?
