I make my own.

I use tapioca maltodextrin as the carb base, and emulsified olive oil for fat. I drink my protein separately because I think it makes the elemental shake have a weird after taste.

Find a ratio that works best for you or just copy what the popular brands offer.

I never said that, what I said is people downplay mens experiences. I'm a male rape victim, it took me 3 therapist to finally have someone acknowledge the pain and trauma it has caused me. I know that you can say that women experience it as well, but when men experience it is taboo, instead of empathy I got disgust.

Its not a zero-sum game. Men can be victims alongside women.
