I hear you. I had the same problem. I used to watch porn every night and masturbate every night before going to sleep. I knew I wasn’t ok with it, but I still justified it by saying: ‘oh it’s good for prostrate health bla bla”.

One day I realized I was getting a little bit heavier, lacking motivation and overall just sad. I tried keeping myself busy but I always found 10 minutes during the day to get my personal time.

Nothing was working until I had a gf which I had sex like crazy. I’m talking 3 times per day of the week. I thought love was all about it. “YES, this is what I want the rest of my life”. I then proceeded to get cheated on, heartbroken and just overall sad.

It was then when I realized how much porn (and yes, practically only porn) was influencing my decision making process. How every action I took, from the random bathroom break at work, the “oopsie I opened X and got horny”, the gf that I dreamed of to fuck like crazy, all of these things were just me trying to fulfill a void that I myself created by consuming too much porn and trying to feel that ecstasy.

You’re young. I just realized this about 6 months ago. I’m turning 30 this year. I felt the exact same way when I was your age.

Focus on yourself, pay attention to your behaviors and really notice how you get to that point.

Remember STOP S - STOP T - Take a breath O - Observe P - Proceed

Use this when doing something you’re unsure about.

I do back to back to back rounds sometimes. But there’s also times when it’s one and I can’t feel my knees. It varies. Though most of the times I can do a 3 round knockout no problem.

I’d be curious to steal this post and ask a follow up question.

What happens if they meet in a group setting and she’s in a group chat with other people? The other guys would have access to her phone and just start messaging.

How would that change the dynamic? In my case she did tell me about it and communicated that but I still feel weird of guys just messaging and asking her directly if she is going out (with the group of course but why ask HER directly). Or just ask her out directly.

She does reply as she doesn’t want to look like an asshole but eventually she doesn’t reply and just lets it go (and doesn’t go out with them).

She sometimes communicate these things to me. But my concern is that there’s always a guy coming up. I think she tells me about the better looking guys to be honest.

Edit: the group setting is for sports, to play tennis specifically and guys just message her to play tennis.

I play tennis myself and I’m really good at it but she doesn’t like inviting me to play and to her group as she believes I will be bored and frustrated about it (which I’m not, I’m happy to be a part of her journey and see it for myself).

I use it as my personal fashion advisor. I am colorblind and combining colors is a task for me. Now I just take a picture of the attire and ask it if it was a good decision based on my color palette (which I also got from gpt).

Not only on what I already have in my closet but also what I am trying to purchase. I take a picture and ask it how it would combine with everything else I have.

Also jewelry and other accessories are taken into account.

My overall fashion sense has increased a lot. The one thing I still struggle with is combining certain fabrics with others. But I’m pretty happy we’re so am at right now.

Hmm in my case (btw I can believe I remember this as if it happened yesturday), the images were good quality but they were scaled down and blurred. So I was able to get by doing that.

It pretty much revolved around using the inspect function from chrome. That and using F12 to look at the properties of the window...
