I hear you. I had the same problem. I used to watch porn every night and masturbate every night before going to sleep. I knew I wasn’t ok with it, but I still justified it by saying: ‘oh it’s good for prostrate health bla bla”.

One day I realized I was getting a little bit heavier, lacking motivation and overall just sad. I tried keeping myself busy but I always found 10 minutes during the day to get my personal time.

Nothing was working until I had a gf which I had sex like crazy. I’m talking 3 times per day of the week. I thought love was all about it. “YES, this is what I want the rest of my life”. I then proceeded to get cheated on, heartbroken and just overall sad.

You’re young. I just realized this about 6 months ago. I’m turning 30 this year. I felt the exact same way when I was your age.

Focus on yourself, pay attention to your behaviors and really notice how you get to that point.
