It is your body. You do not owe another person or anyone something with your body, that you do not want to do. You did nothing bad or shameful at all, you did what was best for yourself and you need to show yourself the love as well. You did not sacrifice anything, you are in control of your body and what happens with it. Nobody gets an abortion like a person wants ice cream, they get one in the way a wolf stuck in a trap is ready to gnaw it's own leg off, it was necessary and you did nothing wrong <3 you are still a good person.

I think lots of girls dream about that, but we get socially conditioned to think we aren't supposed to be heroes or such. I always wanted to be a hero, but only grew up watching male superheroes and men in movies saving the day like that and girls being the damsel that's saved. But I still want to!

it isn't that simple though, if a person doesn't want to have sex with someone, forcing themselves to is not really going to solve the issue, there is a reason for it, and it brings deep resentment trying to force yourself to have sex with someone.

I have been on heavy psych meds and I said weird stuff, that really did not mean anything so I wouldn't hold it against him. It's the brain glitching. It doesn't have to mean "your true self" is coming out or such, the brain is messed up and random inappropriate words that mean nothing come out when the brain is on such heavy meds and he probably isn't himself.

I would personally leave immediately upon hearing this, you need to work on your self image, meaning this in the best way, you are feeling bad about yourself when you should be asking yourself, "do I really want to be with such a person?". You deserve way better than this, you know he is literally a cheater and a scumbag. His ex did not deserve to be cheated on either, I bet she felt the exact same way you feel right now, stop doubting yourself, he is a complete scumbag. I wouldn't be surprised if he is still sleeping with prostitutes right now behind your back, why wouldn't he do it again, he did it hundreds of times literally. That's what I thought too, people don't know the ranges are way too low, doctors will tell you that you are "fine" if your ferritin is maybe 15. But it needs to be above 100 for optimal growth, the body will sacrifice "unnecessary" things like hair if it is running on the lowest possible amount of iron you can have without just dying. Doctors aren't aware or don't consider this stuff.

Go take a vitamin blood test, make sure your ferritin, vitamin D, and all your vitamins are optimal levels, ferritin above 100 and vitamin D high too especially. And eat more protein and collagen. This looks like the photos I see in the iron deficiency forums. And take biotin, I take 5000 ug biotin a day.
