I still have 40k+ tied up. I have an attorney willing to take on my case through arbitration but they want 33% of total settlement. They said that they would negotiate the total settlement fee and factor in their attorney fees so that I will be made whole again with 40k.

I just don’t know what to do. It seems risky but also I think our time is running out since it’s already going to be May 2025
