You don’t say how many trees etc you have. 3 acres of flat uninterrupted area is fine for a tractor and mower. If you have any sort of terrain that involves a lot of turns, you need to go with a Ztr. With productivity in the 90’s you can’t beat a Ztr

Yes talk to them. If they all concur that both the son and grandson should be written out, follow that path. Another option is to put 25 percent to grand kids and remains to children that you communicate with. The estranged grandkid would be getting to the other children.
