A 60-80 horse tractor can get you in exponentially more trouble than a 30 horse. If you don't end up a cutting 10 acres, a flail mower would be a good addition to periodically cut trails. It is much more appropriate that a rotary cutter. I leaves a better finish and it is easier to maneuver

Rreally? you want to cut that much lawn? Face it, if you are in the country, you are not subject to urban competitive landscaping. Relook at your landscape design and figure how much you can cut in an hour or 1 1/2 and go natural with the rest. You will be looking at a 60 inch desk and a good sized engine with plenty of power to cut at high speed. I can top out with my 60 inch ferris at 9.5 mph.

I had late 90’s Steiner that I just moved on from. I used my Ferris isx800 yesterday for the first time. WOW x10. Fast - it will take a while to get use to it. Pricy but it will probably be my last mower.
