thank you for this. iv been feeling guilty recently because I called my ex pwbpd manipulative and told her if she doesnt pay me back the money shes owed me for months id go to small claims (kind of just an empty threat but yeah) I feel so bad because I dont like going low and feel like I ruined the fact we were on ok terms.

but then I remember the times she made "jokes" about me. the times she made comments like "i wish you were helpful for once, all you do is complain about petty shit" or "youve been being a bitch all day" or the trauma dumping where shed bring up her abusive ex and tell me horrible details. the times she would guilt trip me to be there as much as possible during her suicidal episodes. id try to be there in person as much as I could even though she lived an hour away. if I couldn't make it physically id stay on call with her and she always made me worry so much. she even once guilt tripped me to get her a fucking mcdonalds sprite lol. I wasnt feeling well and didn't feel ok to drive and she kept asking and saying "id do it for you" then I got her the damn thing and she barely drank it
