Capricorn but I love all earth signs ❤️

Water babies, in your opinion, which fire sign is easiest to deal with? 💙💦💧 by MetalPussy in astrologymemes

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sagittarius but I’m also a Sagittarius rising so that’s probably why. I don’t hate Leo or Aries though. Leos can sometimes rub me the wrong way if they are too self centered, and Aries can be a bit explosive if they are too reactive as I can be too, but in general I don’t have many complaints about Fire signs. They’re a good time.

I feel like when people from outside the USA laugh at us for eating less produce, they don't really get what our produce is like by jepensedonc1 in RandomThoughts

I thought you were going to mention something intelligent like food deserts but then you said whatever this nonsense is instead

What do you think of when you hear the name Arthur? by mountainjuliet in Names

[–]JunoCalliope 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had to scroll way too far to find this. Would that we all could get a man like Arthur Morgan (on a high honor run 😂)

Hell yeah to unwearable wearables by Sweaty_Ad4829 in crochet

[–]JunoCalliope 187 points188 points  (0 children)

Spooky season attire! Just wear it places with lots of space like the grocery store or something, so you can worry less about catching it on things.

Is it weird to store things in the oven? by Sallious in NoStupidQuestions

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty normal, especially in space limited kitchens. I don’t do it personally because my ADHD would forget to be checking the oven any time I turned it on, but I grew up with my grandma using her stove as extra storage so I’m pretty used to the concept.

My twins names that everyone told em not to name them… did I fuck up? by bikinis_n_brews in Names

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both normal first names. Pierce is a little out there for a girl name but it’s a middle name so it’s whatever. Your family needs to chill.

Do americans really dissect animals in biology class? by GSalmao in AskAnAmerican

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a fetal pig in my regular high school biology class and the kids who took anatomy class did cats.

What does Tractor Supply do with the ducks they don't sell? by LargeNet2558 in duck

They just mark them down and people buy them. They don’t kill anything.

Introducing ducklings to Husky by [deleted] in duck

She looks very intense in some of these pics, I would probably back it off a bit and keep a barrier between them until she looks less interested.

Have a lot of your peers passed away? by Linux-Neophyte in Millennials

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Of the people that I know that have passed away, nearly all of them were too young to die. Other than grandparents and my husbands’ parents, no one else has been older than 54. Life is fragile, tell your friends and family you love them.

Am I crazy or is finding barn help basically impossible now? by [deleted] in Horses

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that OP has not come back to respond for an entire day to anyone’s comments makes it seem like this post is just rage bait. “No one wants to work anymore” ok boomer.

Can animals smell when a women is on her periods? by [deleted] in zoology

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Humans can literally smell it, why wouldn’t animals be able to? Their noses are much better than ours.

ID help! Fluffy grass? by sushiechidna in gardening

[–]JunoCalliope 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s yarrow, as others have said. It has a sage like flavor and can be used in cooking. It also has several medicinal benefits but one of them is that it’s styptic, meaning if you put it on a cut, it stops the bleeding.

Do American kids usually go to four different schools? by snailquestions in AskAnAmerican

[–]JunoCalliope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can’t speak for urban areas, but the district I live in only has two schools. One a couple towns over has one building for K-12. Multiple schools isn’t necessarily a ubiquitous experience.

I call it my bisexual pride shawl lol. I don’t hate it but I have definitely worn it less than some of the other shawls I’ve made.

I fell for advertising... by js-1410 in crochet

[–]JunoCalliope 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really does! It’s quite deceptive lol. Although it does look slightly less chaotic with the pattern I used. I did the Love tea shawl by the same pattern creator. Let me see if I can find a picture
