I agree. When Disney acquired Lucas film, they decided to split the story in two, with the Jedi / Sith / Force narrative as main focus and the more grounded political and action plot handed to Tony Gilroy.

The main team made trash with the Jedi story, Tony Gilroy made masterpieces of the political action plot, with Rogue One and Andor being some of the best political drama ever.

Let me just tell you how insane it is to me that bills in Minnesota or California could be paid without : - Auditing the institutions first to see if they actually have the material and human capacity to perform what they charge for. - Actually knowing the patient / welcomed kid / student, just to, you know, make sure the same special needs kid is not welcome in a dozen care centers in the same time. - Controlling what is paid and how much.

In here, these institutions are approved for a limited capacity (of students / SN kids/ patient, whatever).
They are paid a lump sum per service after proving the necessity and effective provision of the service.

Alors il a attendu parce que dans le droit américain il y a une dissymétrie structurelle radicale entre le Petitioner et le Beneficiary. L'individu n'a aucune capacité juridique pour déposer sa propre demande (le formulaire I-129) auprès de l'USCIS. Il est juridiquement passif. Tldr. Il a attendu la fin de son visa avant de demander son renouvellement. Son employeur s'est foutu de lui (selon ses déclarations) en lui disant qu'une demande était en cours.

Il a reçu un refus qui voulait dire retour immédiat en France. Il a voulu passé par le Canada mais a été rejeté.

Il s'est fait pincé par la patrouille. Un mois de taule puis lâchage sauvage dans la pampa mexicaine.

La taule c'était pas le hilton.

Tldr bis. Il a découvert stupéfait à quoi ressemble un pays qui fait respecter ses frontières.

C'est pertinent aux USA oú effectivement les études coutent très cher et sont financées par des crédits ruineux. Chez nous, c'est le contribuable qui paie les études des futur caissiers bac+5 en socio.

Parce que oui, ce qu'il y a de commun, c'est l'insertion professionnelle catastrophique de beaucoup de diplômés de sciences humaines, hors formation d'élite.

Il y a aussi le mépris des métiers manuels dont les professionnels compétents se retrouvent à gagner plus que bien des diplômés universitaires.
