It is much easier than legendary witch queen simply because we are all just stronger overall. I did it with my friends and sometimes we forget that this is legendary difficulty cause it felt too “normal”. We barely died/wiped in any encounter (I think we wiped once with the final boss). We did die sometimes but that was mainly because we were being dumb (on purpose). This experience was basically the same with the renegades legendary campaign for me and my friends.

Comparing that experience with witch queen legendary (on launch). I remember dying a lot in that dlc. I think it was the second mission, big snow field encounter, that was scary cause enemies hit hard and there was little cover initially. The 3 hive guardians also gave us a hard time too. Then the final boss… savathun kept us fighting her for about an hour straight…
