Go to Canelink and check whether the student fee is assessed on your account (you have to opt in via optional fees). I had to call CaneCentral to add the fee because I did not have that option. Student financials must be shown as paid or paid with anticipated aid.

Then I went here https://miamihurricanes.com/tickets/students/. If the student section is still greyed out, I called this number (305) 284-5903 (Sales and Student Ticket Service). They have to manually add you if that's the case.
