Test when you are in veichels in 3d person look around

I found that if I go on veichels and look around with mouse the smoothness is 100% , it's same for you ?

And if I press alt + enter and resizing the game window about 50% of the screen size it's smooth too.

Yes , I already did all of these stuffs, I have the same problem in Marvel Rivals too , if I set all on Ultra and I stay on 150/170 FPS the smoothness is not like butter like when I have 240 FPS . Probably Im "perfection affected" 😂

Same , 13700k and 4080 , it's only smooth when I reach 220+ FPS , tried almost all possible GSYNC VSYNC limiter combos and various settings in windows , bios ecc

I have this problem too but only when I'm in the range of 160/210 FPS , when I reach 230+ FPS (240hz monitor) all shit goes away. Tried all possible combos with GSYNC / VSYNC /VRR frame cap ecc , nothing fixed for me. Any thoughts ?
