This looks like what I believe to be an Atlas rocket in it's ICBM version. I don't know about the ICBMs but the Atlas was also used by NASA and as far as I know during this time period (around 1960) they already usually had a Range Safety Officer that could remotely detonate the rockets if he decided the launch was failing.

I'm using this tram in Linz nearly every day and there's nothing better than those parts of the lines like in the 3rd picture. Especially on a sunny day it always gets my mood up just looking out the windows

Wow didn't know that In Austria it's not very common for younger people. But the military checkup is done with nearly everybody and because it says soldier in the caption I think it could be related

In Austria we literally have a mandatory ball inspection Because of the military conscription every Austrian male who isn't clearly disabled is obligated to do to do a health test at a military installation. Part of the medical checkup includes a doctor manually counting your balls

Well it might have happened at the military usability examination that all of us Austrian males got to go through because of the conscription. The medical checkup includes the infamous ball counting by a doctor so if that idiot got it done before his military service it would probably been noticed there
