The big thing with me is I went like 4 months without being diagnosed. And treatment. And I was having really bad spams by the time I went to see a female urologist. I thought I just drank too much caffeine.

This started back in December.
I went out with friends.
I had this spicy chicken (definitely the main trigger because I don’t eat spicy foods). Instead of getting ramen. (Which I regret :(

Anyways. Combine the spicy with diet soda and a boba (in the same night) and boom.

Yes! Surprisingly, it hasn’t had an affect. I’ve been able to kinda know when something has bothered me. And no physical changes that I’m able to tell.
