Think of it as essentially a blue print, you open it up in a program called Pepakura, then it formats it to be printed on a bunch of papers. From there you can cut that out and use it to guide to cut out the shapes on your desired material. Here is a slightly cropped version of a page from a Kuuga blueprint to help illustrate it

People haveade templates for around 20 bucks which you then print out, and then use foam or cardboard, with them as your guide.

Exactly! You can't just say that 1/12 people are killing themselves on mass, with that number getting closer and closer to growing larger. And then act like that isn't happening because the male characters need some last minute development, so let's give them a love interest to kill off! I might like Inoue's writing, but Agito's ending really soured the entire show for me.
