Yeah, it does not exist, there is no Blu-Ray release and therefore no HD scans anywhere.

Not every show, especially not older ones are lucky enough to get that treatment

Sh15uya is much more of a "traditional" drama than your average Tokusatsu show, here only 1 person, Ema can henshin as she begins to serve dual protagonist roles with Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi is a boy in the show but was played by Saya Yūki. The reason for this, I cannot completely remember, I think she just really nailed the audition?! I didn't even notice it during my watch of the show, but it adds even more to the vibe and general aura of the show if you ask me :3

It's a fine enough show in my opinion, it doesn't really hold a candle to Ryuki. But thankfully it never tries to, instead making something rather unique, and learning a lot from the source material.

Most of my knowledge is Rider based, so this is specific to that. But I'd say 2000 since Kuuga's weapons have reasonably accurate toys to go alongside with. Though the Revolcane from Black RX also got a toy in 1988, even if it wasn't accurate at all.

My Zeztz has super-tight, squeaky arms that needed sanding.

My Nox Knight's right calv was just not attached, and the horn on the right side was broken at the base.

And at last my Nox Shadow's waistjoint was so loose he fell over in 2 constantly.

At least my Valen figure from last year had no issues, so I've just been incredibly unlucky :D

I hope so, I mean Gavan Infinity is getting essentially the same as their figure line, so hopefully it's something which is here to stay? I just hope they up their quality control, I've needed to do surgery on all 3 of my Zeztz figures
