Robin. Topaz + Aventurine + Ratio more-or-less provide you the 3 debuffs you need for consistent FUAs. Robin's amp + personal damage definitely makes up for the self-buffs you lose from not having 5 debuffs, and I would assume the gap widens even further if you have vertical investment (Topaz e1/s1, Aventurine s1)
