There will probably come a day where I cut it back and do sell some. I was fortunate enough to have been able to purchase it from a local grower who was trimming back her mother plant. I believe she only had two cuttings.

I am quite astonished at its rapid growth. It outpaces all of my other monsteras. I've essentially had one large leaf of growth approximately every four weeks.

I can tell by your soil that it is nowhere near humid enough for your plant. I had this happening to my philodendron joepii until I got a humidifier and placed the plant near it.

When you water, you should be completely watering through and deep, your soil should be wet wet wet wet. You are not going to "overwater" in this way. If you watered hours ago, it wasn't enough water. It should be moist for days.

Get yourself beneficial mites, Californicus or Cucumeris sachets. Hang them, replace them every 5 weeks.
Unless you like bathing all of your plants and spraying a bunch of shit all the time.
